1. Delivery & Dispatch
At Omumbejja Ndagire Leila, we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible to ensure a seamless experience.
- Standard Delivery: If your item is available in stock, you will normally receive it within 1-2 working days.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive an update via the contact details provided on https://ndagireleilah.com/.
- Delivery Areas: We currently facilitate deliveries across Uganda. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly for up-country locations.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. Any applicable taxes or service fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase on Omumbejja Ndagire Leila.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please note the following:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 1 day of receipt.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method or via mobile money, depending on the initial transaction type.
